The AutoTDS-VI dual channel fully automatic thermal desorption instrument is a 20 position dual channel low-temperature secondary fully automatic thermal desorption instrument. The gas path adopts a combination of dual electrically controlled six way valves and solenoid valves, which can be programmed to automatically complete the four processes of primary desorption, secondary low-temperature enrichment, secondary desorption, injection and blowback of 20 adsorption tubes in dual channels. The primary desorption temperature, secondary desorption temperature, cold trap temperature and pipeline heating temperature can be independently set, and synchronous signals can be output during injection to simultaneously start chromatography and workstation.

Easy to operate, convenient to use, fully controlled by software, high degree of automation: simply place the sample tube into the thermal desorption instrument, and all operations and controls are completed by the control software, resulting in good sample repeatability; The large touch LCD screen design in the host can track temperature and operation commands throughout the process;

Provide a synchronization interface to start chromatography and workstation simultaneously with sample injection.

The cold trap adopts semiconductor refrigeration and air cooling, with a cooling temperature of up to -30 ℃ (at room temperature of 20 ℃), meeting most low-temperature enrichment needs.

The trap is heated using direct resistance heating, with a heating rate greater than 2400 ℃/min.

All pipelines and six way valves are temperature controlled for heating, eliminating system cold spots and reducing sample loss.

Automatic leak detection function with sample tube: Before testing each sample, the sample tube can be automatically checked for proper installation.
